Atlanta, Ga. – August 17, 2009 — Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS) a leading provider of OSS software and network services to more than 230 broadband and cable operators worldwide, today announced that it is has expanded its Customer Call Center and relocated to a new facility in Cartersville, GA. The Company completed this move in response to a noteworthy increase in both customers and personnel.
“As a result of the significant growth and success we have enjoyed over the past 12 months, we moved our Customer Call Center to a larger facility more suited to accommodate the increase in staff,” said IBBS CEO, David Keil. “Though the new site is located only a few miles from our old facility, this move speaks volumes in regard to the value our software and services provide to cable operators around the world.”

Since acquiring Parasun Technologies in October 2008, IBBS has introduced an advanced version of its award-winning Broadband Explorer software (BBX 4.6), launched a Commercial Services offering, and increased the number of high-speed data (modems) supported to more than 750,000 – a number far larger than all but 10 or so domestic cable operators.
