Outstanding Customer Service Drives Sales
IBBS Global Growth Grows with New Wins
Atlanta, Ga. - Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leader in
diagnostics and provisioning software providing Broadband Explorer
(BBX), today announced seven new contracts with customers at home
and abroad.
In addition to domestic customers -- City of Forsyth, Georgia;
Nelson County Cable, Virginia; Nex Horizon Communications, Inc. of
Westminster, Colorado; Illinois' Home Tele Networks; and
Pennsylvania's Master Vision -- IBBS signed its first Canadian
contract with Mascon Cable Systems, of British Columbia, and
another international deal with St. Martin Cable, in the French
Caribbean.
"At first we tried to go local," said St. Martin General Manager
Chris Moran, "But they just didn't have the reliability we needed.
IBBS is able to get the job done, not make something take six
months or six years, when it could take six days. Their reliability
was the deciding factor."
As IBBS continues to gain recognition for reliability -- an
independent study earlier this year revealed a 98% customer
satisfaction rating and two IBBS products earned finalist status
from Billing & OSS World for customer care and service
assurance categories -- IBBS' sales have grown steadily. IBBS'
impeccable customer service reputation is frequently cited as a
reason for choosing IBBS for both domestic and international
companies.
"As I speak to other CEOs, a pattern I consistently hear is their
need to grow while improving customer service," says IBBS Chief
Executive Officer David Keil. "This is one of our greatest
strengths. Our BBX software empowers cable operators, and our Call
Center allows them respond to their customers with skilled support,
24/7."
