Mr. Gould Brings a Proven Track Record of Success; Extensive
Industry and Financial Experience to IBBS
Atlanta, Ga. - Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leading

cable operators, announced that Dave Gould has joined the company's
Board of Directors.

During his tenure as the Chairman and CEO of Witness Systems, Mr.
Gould led the company through a successful IPO (Red Herring #13 in
2000), and to the leading position in the workforce optimization
market. Through strong execution and successful acquisitions,
Witness grew from less than $10 million in annual revenue to close
to $250 million. The company was sold in the spring of 2007 for
approximately $1.1 billion.
Mr. Gould is currently an operating partner with the Atlanta-based
Technology Operators Fund, which provides growth capital and
hands-on operating help to promising technology companies.
Technology Operators consists entirely of technology executives
that have successfully scaled companies and produced attractive
value creation events, including IPOs and sales.
