ATLANTA - IBBS, the leading provider of voice and data services for broadband providers, today unveiled a refreshed look, a new tagline and a suite of services designed to support broadband providers in their quests to advance their offerings in residential and commercial markets.
Underscoring IBBS' commitment to supporting its customers' growth, the company will center its mission on a new tagline 'Advance With Us.' More than a slogan, the language will serve as a rally point for IBBS employees and customers to partner in rapidly delivering services to subscribers and developing new market opportunities.
In concert with the enhanced mission, IBBS has overhauled its full line of services to solve broadband providers' critical market challenges and aligned offerings to support all essential aspects of the service delivery cycle. In a 2010 IBBS customer survey, providers reported a need for innovative services to build value for residential subscribers as well as a clear path for penetrating the commercial services market. The new IBBS service lines address those needs.

IBBS aligned its service suite into five key areas to support residential and commercial offerings: Service Activation, Service Assurance, Customer Care, Voice Services and Applications.

Activation - Leveraging IBBS' award-winning BBX
platform, the Service Activation suite enables customers to rapidly
provision subscribers and reduce potential errors associated with
'swivel chair' data entry. The suite supports Voice Provisioning,
Data Provisioning and Billing Integration for broadband providers'
commercial and residential subscribers.
Service Assurance - The entire line up
of services is designed to improve uptime, enhance network
visibility, create efficiencies and reduce costs. The IBBS Network
Operations Center and engineering teams are housed in Service
Assurance along with a core set of tools including IBBS NetVantage
that offers broadband providers unprecedented insight into network
performance and bandwidth consumption.
Customer
Care - Quality customer care gives broadband providers
a competitive edge in an increasingly competitive industry.
Broadband providers can tap IBBS' U.S.-based 140-person Technical
