IBBS Releases BBX 4.5 with Industry Leading VoIP Capabilities
Atlanta, Ga. - October 20, 2008 - Integrated Broadband Services
(IBBS), the leading provider of software and services to broadband
network operators, announced today the release of BBX 4.5 -- the
latest update to its award-winning diagnostics and provisioning
software suite.

BBX 4.5 includes a range of other enhancements

- Expanded trouble ticket views and reporting for increased operational visibility.
- New Voice Mean Opinion Scoring (MOS) capabilities to help operators identify quality of service issues.
- New Quality of Service (QOS) reporting for the condition of customers' CMTS through the aggregation of KPIs and trending.
- Tools that allow customer service personnel to remotely upgrade end-subscriber firmware versions.

Market research consensus indicates that VoIP adoption rates are
in a steep rise as consumers become more comfortable with VoIP
offerings. Market analysts at SNL Kagan project a 2008 VoIP
residential market growth rate of 34 percent.
