IBBS and Allegiance Complete BBX Implementation for over 30 Systems

Atlanta, Ga. - Integrated Broadband Services, LLC, the technology leader providing the Broadband Explorer (BBX) diagnostics and provisioning software, announced today that it has completed the implementation of BBX for over 30 broadband systems operated by Allegiance Communications, LLC. The implementation included data conversion, custom software extensions, and development of a new billing and customer care API.

"IBBS was built by cable guys who understand our day to day challenges. They know the importance of excellent customer care; offer real-world advice; and are incredibly responsive to our management team." said Bill Haggarty, CEO of Allegiance. "They have helped us reduce costs by limiting the number of trouble calls, truck rolls, and other data related issues while providing great customer service."

"Allegiance has systems across multiple geographies and this success demonstrates our expertise in supporting complex operations," said Dave Keil, CEO of IBBS.
