City of Baxter Springs Selects IBBS

Atlanta, Ga.- Integrated Broadband Services, LLC, the technology leader providing the Broadband Explorer (BBX) broadband diagnostics and provisioning software, announced today they have been selected to provide broadband support for Baxter Cable Vision.

IBBS will provide Baxter Cable Vision with a full service solution for their broadband operations. Baxter Cable Vision will deploy BBX for provisioning, diagnostics, and trouble ticketing which will be integrated with the 24/7 Customer Care Center, Network Operations Center, and CALEA Compliance Services. The implementation of this solution will enable Baxter Cable Vision to continue to exceed their customers' expectations for outstanding products and services for many years to come.
