Robert F. Buckfelder, Chairman of the Board: Mr. Buckfelder is a cable industry veteran with more than twenty-three years of operational and executive management experience. Prior to co-founding IBBS, Mr. Buckfelder was EVP/CFO of Prestige Communications for nine years. The privately held Company was sold in 2000 to Adelphia Communications. Mr. Buckfelder also founded and managed the Communications Lending Group at First Union Bank (now Wachovia). He has been active in many related businesses and trade associations and currently serves as a director of SDN Global and New Wave Communications. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
