Birmingham, Ala. and Atlanta, Ga. – February 18, 2008 – Momentum Wholesale, a leading provider of private label digital voice service to operators throughout the U.S., and Integrated Broadband Services, LLC (IBBS), a leading provider of operational support software and back office services, today announced they will jointly provide a seamless back office solution for voice, video and data to cable customers. This joint solution will combine the back-office network diagnostics and provisioning services by IBBS and Momentum Telecom’s digital voice offering into a single platform – a first of its kind offering for cable operators.

The technology integration means that small- and mid-sized cable operators will be able to provide their customers with the equivalent of Tier 1-level service, with less complexity on the back end. Cable operators will be able to use this platform to streamline the ordering process (entering new customer data into a single screen instead of three different forms for voice, data and video), and provide an enhanced view of network performance to ensure the highest available uptime. Operators will also be able to cut their time-to-market for deploying digital voice solutions by as much as one-third.
