Mr. Gould Brings a Proven Track Record of Success; Extensive Industry and Financial Experience to IBBS

Atlanta, Ga. — February 4th, 2009 — Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leading provider of OSS software and services for broadband and tier-2 cable operators, announced that Dave Gould has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

During his tenure as the Chairman and CEO of Witness Systems, Mr. Gould led the company through a successful IPO (Red Herring #13 in 2000), and to the leading position in the workforce optimization market. Through strong execution and successful acquisitions, Witness grew from less than $10 million in annual revenue to close to $250 million. The company was sold in the spring of 2007 for approximately $1.1 billion.

Mr. Gould is currently an operating partner with the Atlanta-based Technology Operators Fund, which provides growth capital and hands-on operating help to promising technology companies. Technology Operators consists entirely of technology executives that have successfully scaled companies and produced attractive value creation events, including IPOs and sales.
