IBBS to Provide Broadband Support for Windjammer’s Cable Systems

Triple Play Services and Expanded Customer Support To Reach More Than 80,000 Residential and Business Cable Subscribers

Dallas, Tx. – July 27, 2009 — Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leading provider of OSS software and network services to more than 220 broadband and cable operators worldwide, today announced from the NCTC Independent Show that it has entered into a multi-year contract with Windjammer Communications. Through this agreement, IBBS will bring Triple Play services and expanded customer support to the more than 80,000 residential and business cable subscribers Windjammer acquired in July 2008 as a result of its purchases of several Time Warner systems.

IBBS will empower Windjammer with a full service solution via its award-winning Broadband Explorer (BBX) Provisioning and Diagnostics Software Suite, which provides the means to quickly and cost-effectively address and resolve customer issues, reduce truck rolls, call handle time and mean-time-to-repair, as well as drive higher levels of organizational performance. In addition, Windjammer will also benefit from IBBS’s newly launched Commercial Services offering, which ensures that enterprise customers receive the same exceptional high-speed digital voice and data support as individual consumers.
