Baja Broadband Selects IBBS for Broadband Software and Support Services

Atlanta, GA – May 1, 2007– Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS), a leading provider of broadband software and service solutions for the cable industry, announced that the Broadband Explorer (BBX) operational support software platform has been selected by Baja Broadband LLC of Charlotte, NC to provide integrated provisioning, diagnostics, customer care and trouble ticketing software systems for the company’s broadband operation. The implementation of BBX will enable Baja Broadband to rapidly complete the transition of its recently acquired subscribers while providing industry-leading customer care and network management capabilities. IBBS will also provide project management, engineering, and technical support during the implementation and data conversion.

Baja Broadband will further ensure the availability and reliability of its network by integrating with the IBBS Network Operation Center. The NOC provides operators with Fault Management, Configuration Management, Network Planning, Performance Management, and Security Support services.
